James Dicks – Bar & Mixology
James is a self-taught gin expert offering gin tasting experiences, cocktail making classes and a mobile bar service for events, called The Caravan Concept. Originally from Liverpool, where the gin industry was booming, James decided to bring a bit of that magic to the South of France. Now his gin bar is stocked with around 80 of the best gins from around the world, all there to make you have the best gin experience possible. James’ absolute favourite one is the Earl Grey Tea Gin and his go-to cocktail is a modified version of Tom Collins, which he will definitely want you to try.

Nathan Staples
Mixology trainer
After traveling and working around my home country of Australia I made the move to work on yachts in Europe back in 2015. After a hiatus from bars and mixology to make room for other passions – I was never going to be far away from getting back into teaching and working with a cocktail kit.
Bartending is one of the most transferable trades out there and knowing a few cocktails can always give you that edge for a bit more opportunity and I love to teach some of these skills to people to do just that and of course have some fun along the way!
