2-Day IAMI GUEST Foundation Leadership Unit 17 Course

This two day course is aimed at the Steward(ess) in a mid level or head of department role who is looking to progress in their career and improve their Leadership skills and the effective Management of interior yacht operations.

This course raises awareness of the traits, qualities and benefits of an effective leader and the type of influence one can have on their team. It discusses communication, motivation, problem solving, conflict management and team development. The course also demonstrates how to effectively run the interior of the yacht and explains HR policies and guidelines. It covers sub-departments, how to create, implement and manage Standard Operating Procedures, utilize Checklists and Rotation schedules, Inventory Management, Provisioning and Budgeting.
